1. General Shipping Information

We proudly ship worldwide from Lithuania. Orders from within the European Union can be placed directly through our website. For destinations outside the EU, please submit a request through our contact form, and we will provide a customized shipping estimate.

We partner with several trusted shipping carriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your order. Depending on the size and packaging requirements of each artwork, your order may be shipped via Omniva, DHL Express, UPS, or another reliable courier service. The selected carrier will be chosen to provide the best combination of speed, safety, and cost for your specific piece.

2. Processing & Dispatch Times

Original artworks are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs procedures, or logistical delays.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the chosen shipping method. All rates will be displayed before you confirm your order.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Lithuania: 2 business days

European Union: 3–5 business days

International (Outside Europe): 3–21 business days, depending on the destination and available courier services

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping rate and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend you first check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

5. Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.
