1. General Shipping Information

We ship original artworks worldwide from Lithuania. Orders within the European Union can be placed directly through our website. For destinations outside the EU, please contact us for a personalised shipping quote.

For shipping to the United States and Canada, please see our dedicated US & Canada Shipping Guide. We work with trusted carriers including DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS and other reliable courier services. The carrier is selected based on the artwork size, destination and shipping requirements.

2. Processing & Dispatch Times

Original artworks are carefully prepared and normally dispatched within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs, weather conditions, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where available or provided individually before purchase.

Lithuania: approximately 2 business days
European Union: approximately 3–5 business days
International: approximately 3–21 business days

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Orders outside the European Union may be subject to local taxes or other import charges, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.
